Three Orders, $2,400, and a Lot of Humility

Symbols Only Work if You Read Them

And when something does go wrong, knowing who to call and what to ask for is half the battle.
What the Mistakes Actually Cost

The Six-Point Checklist That Fixed It

The FTC requires product labels and markings to be truthful and not misleading (ftc.gov). That's a good rule, but truthful labels only help if you read them.
