What We Offer

Custom Cable Design

Our R&D team designs cables to your exact specifications — fiber count, jacket material, bend radius, and environmental rating. Average turnaround: 5 business days for the initial design proposal.

Cable Testing & Certification

Every reel ships with an OTDR test report and insertion loss certification. We test to IEC 61300, UL, and customer-specific standards in our ISO 17025-aligned lab.

Installation Support

Our field engineers provide on-site cable pulling guidance, splice loss verification, and network commissioning for projects of any scale.

Inventory & Logistics

We maintain buffer stock of popular cable types (Cat6A, OS2 fiber, RG-6) at 3 regional warehouses for next-day dispatch on standard orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Standard cables: 500 meters per order. Custom cables: 1,000 meters minimum. We also offer sample lengths (25-50 m) for testing before committing to a full production run.

Initial design proposal: 5 business days. Prototype production: 2-3 weeks. Full production after approval: 3-4 weeks depending on complexity and volume.

Yes. Every fiber cable shipment includes OTDR traces, insertion loss, and return loss measurements. Copper cables ship with Fluke-certified channel test results. Reports are available digitally within 48 hours of shipment.

In most cases, yes. Our engineering team regularly develops cross-reference cables that match or exceed competitor specifications. Share the datasheet you need to match, and we will provide a technical comparison within 3 business days. Note that proprietary connector systems (e.g., vendor-specific MPO pinouts or non-standard ferrule geometries) may require the original manufacturer's components — we will clearly flag any such limitations in our cross-reference report.

Yes — we believe in being transparent about what we can and cannot do. Our custom cable service has the following boundaries: minimum order quantity of 1,000 meters for custom designs (economics of tooling and setup); maximum fiber count of 864 cores per cable (beyond this, we recommend multiple parallel cables); and operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C for standard jackets (-60°C to +105°C with specialty materials at additional cost). For applications requiring radiation-resistant or submarine-grade cables, we partner with specialized manufacturers and can coordinate the supply chain on your behalf.
